Fast & Reliable Delivery
Most of our products are shipped via ground transport. We also offer shipping upgrades for Priority Mail and can add Signature Confirmation to any package for an additional fee (please contact us to add this to your order).

Our Commitment to You
We typically ship items the next business day. If we are away at a pen show or during peak holiday seasons, a shipping delay notification will be posted in our "Shop Announcement" on Etsy or our website blog. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number immediately.

Important Shipping Reminders
Verify Address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Secure Delivery: Ensure a safe location for delivery. Once a package is marked as "Delivered," we can no longer assist with loss claims.
Returns: If a package is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping), and the item will be returned to inventory.
 
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days and return the undamaged product within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping cost).
All returns must be pre-approved.  Please contact us via email or phone prior to returning items.
Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped (no scratches or wear).  Items must be returned in their original box accompanied with all accessories they came with.
Fountain Pen Rules: Fountain pens that have been unused are eligible for a full refund.  Fountain pens that have been used and require inspection and cleaning will have a $10 fee subtracted from the refund.
Ink: Bottles of ink must be unopened due to contamination concerns.
Restocking: If items are used, need cleaning, or are missing packaging / parts, a fee will be subtracted from the refund.
