I'm not getting enough ink to come out, what should I do?

Low ink flow can result from several factors. First, verify that your cartridge or converter is properly inserted and that there are no bubbles or clogs in the feed system. Sometimes a gentle cleaning with distilled water (or a recommended cleaning solution) and a light rinse can reactivate the ink flow. Also, check that you are using high-quality fountain pen ink and that your paper is not too absorbent. If the problem persists, consult our troubleshooting guide on our website (which also explains how environmental factors like temperature and humidity can affect your pen’s performance).
