How do I install an ink cartridge?

Installing an ink cartridge is a straightforward process once you’ve confirmed that your cartridge is compatible with your fountain pen model. Begin by ensuring your workspace is clean and well-lit. Remove your pen’s cap and, if applicable, unscrew the grip section to expose the cartridge chamber. Carefully insert the cartridge so that its tapered end aligns with the injection point inside the pen. You should feel a distinct “snap” or click, indicating that it is securely seated and making proper contact with the feed. Remember that not all cartridges are universal—many premium pens require a proprietary cartridge. Therefore, always verify that the ink cartridge you use matches your pen’s specifications.
