I forgot something? How do I add/remove something to my order?
It happens! If you realize after placing your order that you need to add an item, you can simply place a separate order for the additional product, and we often refund any extra shipping fees when we catch the oversight. Conversely, if you need to remove an item, please contact us immediately at provincialmills@outlook.com before your order is processed and shipped. While we generally do not accept cancellations, we review each situation on a case‐by‐case basis to help make things right.
