This Faith Hope Love twist ballpoint pen was crafted from blue dyed box elder. The pen was matched with antique pewter fittings. The center band features the words "Faith" "Hope" "Love" cast in it. The pen features beautiful cross designs on the pen top along with a pen clip that references the Fleur-de-lis. This pen does take a Parker style refill.

Box elder trees are found throughout North America and more densely populated in the eastern and central United States. Box elder wood can vary in color from gray to yellowish brown. Some box elder will have pink or reddish streaks in the wood which is caused by fungus. Box elder wood is weak with poor durability. Box elder wood has little use outside of hobby projects, wood pulp, and creating boxes and crates. The wood is harvested and stabilized (strengthened) to help make the wood workable. Stabilized box elder is commonly used in turned items due to the unusual coloring and markings. Box elder belongs to the maple family, but the wood is lighter, weaker and softer than most all other maples.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days and return the undamaged product within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee (max restocking fee of $17.50). Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped (no scratches, wear and tear, broken pieces ect.). Due to the nibs and ink used in fountain pens, the fountain pens must be unused if returned. Most woods and antler are finished with a CA glue coating which gives them a long lasting shine and helps protect them. Depending on the material, some materials may be finished with a rubbing oil and high speed friction polish. If the rubbing oil and high speed friction polish is used, it will be stated in the pen description.

We offer free First Class shipping through the USPS on certain items. We do ship certain items or offer shipping upgrades for Priority Mail through the USPS. We also utilize Parcel select Ground through the USPS for packages that are too large for First Class. We can also add Signature confirmation to packages. If you would like Signature Confirmation please let us know and we will add the charge ($2.45) to your order.

The USPS offers the following time lines as a guide (not guaranteed) for package delivery within the United States:

First Class Mail: 2-5 day
Parcel select Ground: 2-9 days
Priority mail: 1-3 days

We ship items next business day under most circumstances, but there are times when we are unable to ship orders the following day. If there will be a delay in shipment due to our shop being closed or we are away at a show, we will have a message posted on our "Shop Announcement" section of our home page (near the top of the page). During busy holiday seasons there are times when we are unable to ship next day.

Once the package is shipped you will be notified and furnished with a tracking number. We have seldom had any problems with lost packages shipped through the USPS. With that said, if your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with solving the problem.
